COVID-19 Update:
We Are Open

Scott Toniazzo, Osteopath Malvern East

As yet we haven’t communicated with you directly regarding the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak and its impact on allied health clinics.

We are glad to say we are open and operating as usual.

The Osteo Collective’s practitioners always practice high standards of hygiene, and have now increased the frequency of cleaning of surfaces and spaces above the current guidelines.

As we are sure you have heard, the measures put in place by the Victorian and Australian governments are intended to flatten the curve, and relieve pressure on the healthcare system. Please adhere to the government’s self quarantine guidelines if applicable. You can find all the details here.

If you have recently returned from overseas, the current government directive is for mandatory self-isolation for 14 days. This includes not attending allied health appointments.

If you are feeling unwell and are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms or signs, we ask that you please refrain from booking an appointment, and take extra care of yourself, seeking further medical advice if you are unsure.

If you have an upcoming appointment and are experiencing cold and flu symptoms, please call the clinic to cancel and reschedule your appointment. No cancellation fee will apply if you have to cancel your appointment.

Just as we ask you to reschedule your appointment if you are unwell, all of our practitioners will also follow this advice. We apologise if we need to cancel or move your appointment due to practitioner illness, however this is more important than ever given our current situation.

We are closely monitoring the information and advice coming to us from the Victorian and Australian governments, as well as the World Health Organisation.

We have launched Telehealth appointments with our Osteopaths Scott and Todd. If you are unable to attend the clinic in person due to illness, isolation guidelines, or even distance or travel in the future unrelated to COVID-19, we can still be be of assistance via our online video consultations. We are able to provide advice as well as exercises, stretches and self treatment tips. For more information regarding these appointments, please visit this page. Booking is now live via online booking.

We are adding more products in online store by the day. These are available for pick up or delivery.
