Exercise Physiology at The Osteo Collective
Exercise Physiologists deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
As well as musculoskeletal injuries and strength/conditioning, Exercise Physiologists develop and implement programs for a range of patient groups: cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory/pulmonary and mental health.
Your exercise physiologist will assess, develop and implement at program with you to get you to your goal. At home work, as well as in clinic sessions are all part of improving your health outcomes.

Post Natal

What to expect
Our Exercise Physiologist will perform a thorough examination of your abilities, strengths and weaknesses, to assist them in developing an exercise treatment plan for you.
You are likely be given exercise to do at home in between your appointments. The number of appointments needed will be determined by you health, injury, complaint and goals.
Exercise Physiology is past of many private health funds (always worth checking with your provider), and is accessible through NDIS, TAC, Workcover, EPC/CDM and DVA.
Your practitioner will be able to provider advice on whether osteopathy or remedial massage would also assist your.
Group sessions
Group sessions of up to 3 (Malvern East) or 6 (Cheltenham) are available and beneficial to continue to maintain and progress your strength and conditioning.
