Flexi Pillow Harmony

Flexi Pillow Harmony is part of a range of pillows that is adjustable is suits many people. It is a memory foam adjustable pillow. We have had fantastic positive feedback from our patients who have started using this pillow. Because it is adjustable, it can suit both back sleepers and side sleepers.

One of the main things to look out for when choosing a new pillow, is that your spine is fairly neutral when you’re lying on it. When you’re on your side, your head should be propped up or be flopping down, and when your on you back you shouldn’t have your chin tucked in or your head flopped back. The contour in the Harmony allows you neck to be supported, promoting a more neutral spine when your lying in bed.

Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow

The Flexi Pillow Harmony is made from Memory Foam, and comes in two pieces. There is the main pillow piece, and then a removable layer. This removable layer allows for the pillow to have 4 heights. The pillow has a higher and lower side, then 2 other sizes if the the removable layer is taken out.

The pillow has a ridged surface to soften the sleeping surface and increase air circulation.

Need a pillow to take travelling?
