Remedial Massage at The Osteo Collective

Remedial massage is a complementary therapy that aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile.

You may be tight and sore from exercise, long hours of sitting at a desk, or from manual work.

Whatever the cause, our massage therapists can assist you in relieving and managing that discomfort.

Our massage therapists also provide cupping and dry needling when required/requested. This is all part of our appointments (there is now extra cost for these).

Massage at The Osteo Collective

We offer 45, 60, 75, 60 or 90 minute massage appointments. Massage packs are also available, so when you know you’ll be coming in regularly, this is an economic way of organising your appointments.
