Terms & Conditions - Pilates 3 for 1 Promotion
- Offer valid from 1/2/19 through 30/4/19
- Offer valid for new pilates patients only.
- Offer Not Valid with any other promotion.
- Offer grants patient 3 pilates sessions for the price of 1 – being $25 (total cost for three sessions $25)
- to claim offer, simply mention the promotion at the time of your booking or on arrival to your first session.
- offer only valid for pilates classes at the osteo collective cheltenham
- cancellation policy applies to pliates classes (see patient info for more information under terms and conditions)
- cancellation fee for pilates classes is the cost of 1 pilates session (1 free pilates session as part of the promotion may be deducted as the cancellation fee)
- any injuries or pre existing conditions must be mentioned to the pilates instructor prior to the beginning of each session. the osteo collective cheltenham will not be liable for any injuries sustained for failure to comply with this requirement.
