We will be sending you an SMS shortly with a link to our initial consultation form. If you could please fill in prior to your appointment, it will help you save time when you arrive for your appointment, and also help us in our goal to minimise paper usage and wastage in our clinics.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us on 03 9571 8888 (Malvern East) or 03 8555 9757 (Cheltenham). To make sure we can offer this time to others, please reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice. Our Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions can be found here.

If you are unwell, please call us on the number below to discuss your appointment and to reschedule.
Parking
Cheltenham – Onsite parking is available. Please ensure you park in the bays marked “1.” If there are no spaces available, there is street parking in front of the clinic.
Malvern East – Street parking is available in front of the clinic and in surrounding streets. There is a clear way directly in front of the clinic from 4:30-6:30pm on weeknights. Please check the signs – no one likes a parking fine!
