The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) have amended their scheduled relaxing of restrictions on Allied Health earlier than previously expected under the roadmap out of lockdown.

From 28th September (this coming Monday), you can book an osteopathy or exercise physiology appointment for face-to-face treatment if you are in pain, have delayed treatment during stage 4 restrictions, or delaying treatment may lead to increased need or frequency of treatment.*

We will be removing the 18 hour lead in time to book appointments, meaning you are now able to book your appointment online, on the day.

We are still offering Online Osteopathy and Online Exercise Physiology consults if you prefer.

As always, if you can’t find the appointment that suits, please let us know and we can try and find a solution for you.

What about Remedial Massage?
Unfortunately at this time, remedial massage will not be returning until Step 3 (currently set at 26th October 2020). We are currently offering 20% off vouchers for massage! Use code STEP3 via our website store to buy your voucher for you or as a gift! Terms and Conditions below.^

We hope to see you all again soon!

  • for assessment and diagnostic purposes for those people whose care has been delayed during stage 4 restrictions, and where further delay likely to result in deterioration (e.g. diagnostic imaging and assessment for prescription of assistive technology)
  • to provide essential pre-operative or post-operative elective surgery care
